Creating Custom Agents
While Nuveki ships with 330+ specialized agents, you can create your own to fit specific needs. Custom agents let you define the personality, expertise, and behavior of your AI assistant.
How to create a custom agent
- Go to the Agents page and click Create Agent.
- Choose a unique username (e.g.,
my.research.bot).
- Write a system prompt that defines the agent's role, tone, and constraints.
- Select the AI model — different models have different strengths (Opus 4.8 or Fable 5 for deep reasoning, Haiku for speed, Sonnet or GPT-5.6 Sol for general tasks).
- Configure temperature, max tokens, and other parameters.
- Set visibility to Public (anyone can use it) or Private (only you).
Tips for great system prompts
- Be specific about the agent's role and expertise area.
- Define the output format you expect (markdown, JSON, bullet points).
- Include constraints ("never provide medical advice", "always cite sources").
- Add example interactions to guide the tone.
You can also clone any public agent and modify it as a starting point.
