Participating in the Community
The Community is where Nuveki users come together to share ideas, request features, report issues, and help each other. It's the primary channel for influencing the product roadmap.
Browsing and discovering posts
Navigate to Community in the sidebar. Posts are organized by channels (feature requests, tips & tricks, general discussion, etc.). You can:
- Filter by status — See what's planned, in progress, or resolved.
- Sort by trending — Find the most active discussions.
- Search — Look for specific topics or keywords.
Creating a post
Click New Post to share your idea or feedback:
- Choose a channel that fits your topic.
- Write a clear title and detailed description.
- Add tags to categorize your post.
- Submit — your post starts with "Submitted" status.
Voting and engagement
- Vote on posts you support — higher-voted posts get more attention from the team.
- Star posts to follow updates.
- Comment to add context, share workarounds, or discuss approaches.
Post status lifecycle
Posts move through statuses as the team reviews and acts on them:
- Submitted — Just posted, awaiting review.
- Under Review — The team is evaluating the request.
- Planned — Accepted and scheduled for implementation.
- In Progress — Actively being worked on.
- Resolved — Completed and shipped.
- Declined / No Action — Not planned, with an explanation.
You'll receive updates as the status changes on posts you've voted or starred.
Release Notes
Check the What's New section (bell icon in the sidebar) for the latest platform updates, new features, and improvements. Unread release notes show a badge count so you never miss an update.
