Mathematics — arithmetic to the research frontier
A warm arithmetic coach for grade-school work, and specialists for algebra and abstract algebra, geometry and differential geometry, calculus and analysis, linear algebra, number theory, discrete maths and combinatorics, probability, statistics, differential equations, topology, logic and foundations, numerical methods, and the modern frontier.
Answers name the theorem or technique they use and show the working. Maths renders properly in chat, and the agents build interactive plots when a picture helps.
Real Estate — rebuilt for the US and Canada

- Urban Planning & Cities — zoning and entitlements with realistic timelines, urban design, transport, GIS, housing policy and climate resilience.
Where you are changes the answer, so these agents say which jurisdiction they're answering for. No invented code clauses — a clause is quoted only from a source actually retrieved, with its edition and year. And they explain and sanity-check; they never replace a licensed professional.
